Return Policy
You may need to return a product please email our customer service team at customerservice@wgglobalelectronics.com with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line. Please also remember to include your contact information, order number, and reason for return in your email. We will work our best to reply you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Re-Package Item(s)
If any part of the product or included accessories are lost or damaged, the cost to replace the lost or damaged item will be deducted from your refund, or we may not be able to accept the return at all. If a product is returned to us with missing or damaged packaging we will charge a 20% repackaging fee in order to restore it to retail condition.
Processing
Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Refund
We refund you the same way you paid. If you paid with a credit card we refund that card. If you paid with PayPal we refund your PayPal account, etc.
30-Day Guarantee
If the product is simply not what you’re looking for, you need only ship the product back to us within 30 days when you purchased. If there is damage to the packaging, accessories, or product itself, there will be a restocking or replacement fee. Also we will provide a return-shipping label for you.
1 Year Limited Warranty
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and we are committed to doing our best to make that happen. Part of that is our free tech support, helpful customer service, and community support features. In addition to these great benefits we’re also proud of our 1-Year Limited Warranty.
All products purchased from W&G Global Electronics Inc. carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Unfortunately we can’t cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; but if your device stops working under normal usage we will replace or refund your purchase.
This warranty is limited to replacement or refund only. W&G Global Electronics Inc. is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of business, or any other indirect or consequential loss. All express and implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to one year from the date of purchase.
